Hi Kostas,
Thank you for the proposed alternative times for our meeting tomorrow. Confirming your suggestion, scheduling the meeting for tomorrow at 2 PM works perfectly for us.
In addition to the points I mentioned in my previous email, we are also encountering an issue with embedding the chatbot into a frame in the middle of the page.
We have attached a sample of the code we've been working with. Our goal is to have the chatbot initially NOT appear as a minimized icon in the bottom right corner of the page and upon clicking this icon, NOT open as a pop-up window. Instead of being embedded on a "frame" in the middle of the page.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look at the attached code and provide some guidance on what might be going wrong with our implementation.
