Chrome/IE Bug: Poor Sub-pixel Measurements
Click anywhere in the document to toggle the .resolve class to the body, thus applying the perspective and rotate transformations. These two transformations appear to resolve the issue of poor sub-pixel measurements in Internet Explorer. This approach does not resolve the issue in Google Chrome, but instead has a further negative effect, causing the element to lose all roundedness entirely. @jonathansampson @gregwhitworth

IE Bug: line-height calculated incorrectly when using vh
This bug manifests itself by rendering the text slightly off the top of the viewport. The location is instantly corrected once you resize the viewport; this is accomplished by resizing the browser itself, or even the developer tools. Refreshing the page will also correct the position of the content.
