My attempt to create a Nav Bar sort of like the one that Walmart uses.
It uses Boostrap and FontAwesome, but I was not able to create this using pure Bootstrap. So I created my own custom CSS file for it.
The design is responsive, and teh nav bar is suppose to be static at the top
