Intended to demonstrate how the CSS breaks the sectionPosition() function when you remove the comment marks from #mobileWebBox and #mobileWebBox > img.
This fiddle is intended for debugging a render problem. Chrome seems to have issues with the window.scroll function. It fails to render part of the background image but if you resize the window (eg. Restore Down then Maximize or Vice Versa) then it looks fine. Additionally the hover property for the links at the top do not function properly once you have scrolled down on the page. The problem must be in my JQuery somewhere.
