The 1.0 - 1.0.3 problems are fixed now, what I am trying to do is to make the title changer compatible with many divisions, not only one tho.
This is a javascript file where it changes the page title when the specified element is shown or visible to viewport. (formerly jQuery.isOnScreen but I added some modifications it it)
