Here are the bare bones of a responsive Tab Container in which the content accordions down and uses all html and css to do so. The only thing the JS/JQuery is needed for is to toggle of tabs that had already been selected. In the future, if html ever offers a way to untoggle a selected radio, then we might be able to do away with the JS altogether. That would be the ultimate goal...
