   Repro Steps:
   </h4>
   <ol>
     <li>Insert a Row</li>
     <li>Select cell in new row and click "Apply Style to Cell" button</li>
     <li>Sort any column using Filter Dialog</li>
     <li>Repeat above steps and the second time the applied style will be removed after clicking button</li>
   </ol>
