Identify the bottlenecks from #1 and remove them. Identify and build support systems that are geared more towards risk management and operational excellence.

Identify bottlenecks from #1, #2 and remove them. Identify and build missing order / execution management , complaince, risk functionalities 

#4 24 months
Build analytics and predictive systems using the data accumulated so far.
