Welcome to Open Enrollment!

Each year, during Open Enrollment, you will have the opportunity to change your elections for the following Plan Year. Only during Open Enrollment will you have the opportunity to add or delete lines of coverage and add or remove dependents without a qualifying event.

Elections you make during the open enrollment period will remain in effect from January 1 through December 31. You may not change your benefit elections or enroll for benefits during the Plan Year, per IRS regulations, unless you experience a qualified life event. You must notify Human Resources, within 30 days of a qualified status change. Please refer to the Qualified Life Event option in the menu bar for additional information.

Remember, even if you are not making any changes to your benefit elections, the Flexible Benefits Enrollment Form and the Coordination of Benefits are mandatory forms that must be completed and returned by <red>December 7, 2018 by 5:00 p.m.</red>

These forms can be accessed by clicking Forms from the left menu bar and then selecting Open Enrollment from the drop-down menu.
