Now click the path bar in File Explorer which should reveal this C:\Users\joe.bloggs.
You have to manually add \appdata after C:\Users\joe.bloggs and hit enter. C:\Users\joe.bloggs\appData this will navigate you to hidden files in App Data.
Then navigate to Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures and you will see HTM files.
Right click on the HTM file which matches the signature you wish to edit, and open with Notepad.
