<p>As of this writing, only 7% of members have not received a commission yet, which shows just how well our compensation plan works. If you are one of the 7%, just hang in there. ReallySmartArt is set up to deliver commissions to you for years to come.</p>

<p>Another interesting Stat is our conversion rate for upgrades to Pro Plus and Platinum Pro memberships which is currently sitting at a whopping 23%</p>

<p>Insights </p>
<p>Something surprising is that just a little over half of members has never sent any traffic to their affiliate links. It speaks volumes about how well the compensation plan works when only 7% of members have not received commission yet with only half the membership promoting their links.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, it also means our members are devided into two groups with the following mindsets:</p>
<p>This is great because I have a team helping me. This is great because I don't have to do anything. </p>
<p>At the end of the day, which group do you think is going to make more money?</p>

<p>Remember Bruce, you start out with 6 profit partners helping you to generate income. Every time you start a new profit line (which can only be started by personally referring a new member when you are in retirement), you will gain another 6 profit partners.</p>

<p>It really makes more sense to promote your affiliate link rather than accepting payments from just six profit partners, as you can amass a small army of profit partners that will function as your own personal affiliate team. If you follow through on this and recognize the sense in it, you will set yourself up to receive commission notices on a regular basis from hundreds or perhaps thousands of profit partners.</p>
