Comp off (Compensatory Off) - If you are working on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or Holiday then you are eligible to avail comp off. For this you need to meet below criteria.
Criteria:
1. You can avail comp off only when you are working for project purpose.
2. If you are coming to office over weekends/holidays to complete/maintain quarter average then you are not eligible for comp off
3. If you are working on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or Holiday to complete deliverable which were due in weekdays then you cannot avail comp off.
Procedure to follow to get compensatory off.
1. Get approval from your IL manager over mail.
2. Forward IL manager approval to Younus Broachwala on mail. Keep me in CC.
3. Apply for comp off in system on same day.
Note: Comp off validity is 45 days from date it is created. You have to use compoff within 45 days otherwise it will lapse.
