The Benefits and Drawbacks of a 3 Wheeled Pushchair
A three-wheeled pushchair is perfect for those who regularly walk on rough terrain or jog. They are ideal if you need a buggy that can be able to handle any terrain, from busy high streets to woodland tracks.
Find models with front wheels that can be locked or turned. This will give you more flexibility. Larger wheels, both front and back can provide an easier ride on various terrains.
Manoeuvrability
Manoeuvrability is a main advantages of a 3 wheel pushchair. The wheels are positioned close which allows the chassis to turn and twist more easily than a four wheel pushchair. This makes them ideal for busy streets and shops. Some have small front wheels that are locked and swivelled for additional maneuverability. The Roma Atlas, for example, has two wheels positioned close to each other at the front and a clever swivel lock that gives it all the maneuverability of three wheels, with added stability.
