<p>The terms "you" and "User" will also apply to the company or other legal entity on whose behalf you are accepting or agreeing to these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the full right and authority to enter into these Terms and to bind that entity to these Terms.</p>
<p>THESE TERMS TAKE EFFECT WHEN YOU CLICK "I AGREE," OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICE.
