As a kid, did you spend hours and hours watching TV every day, to your parents' great dismay? If the answer is yes, then keep reading! In this article, we will be diving into the amazing world of children's TV shows I watched while growing up. When I was a kid, there was a huge variety in the kinds of shows available, spanning from numerous renditions of live-action shows to cartoons and animated series, some of them being educational in nature, while others were made purely for entertainment and enjoyment. Due to the sheer number of shows I watched throughout my childhood, it was a real challenge to decide what programmes to include. For this piece, I ultimately picked out a number of my favourite shows from six different countries, some of which I watched in the original language, while others were dubbed. Depending on where you are from, you will probably be familiar with at least some of them, while others you might not even have heard of.
