            This appeal is taken on all grounds available under the constitutions and laws of the State of Georgia or the United States of America including, but not limited to: (a) 
            incorrect or improper valuation or assessment; (b) non-uniform valuation or assessment; (c) taxability; and (d) valuation or assessment in violation of
            O.C.G.A. &sect; 48-5-299(c).<br/>

            Pursuant to O.C.G.A. &sect;&sect; 48-5-311(e)(6)(A) taxpayer hereby requests that the Board of Assessors provide a list of witnesses and copies of
            documents or other written evidence to be presented to the Board of Equalization no less than seven days prior to the hearing.<br/>

            At your earliest convenience, we would like an opportunity to present our case to a member of your staff and the Board of Equalization in hopes of resolving this
            matter.  It is in our opinion that the valuation for this property should be {PROPERTY_VALUATION} for tax year {TAX_YEAR}.  Taxpayer reserves the right to
            amend this value as this appeal proceeds.<br/>
