I can access MyCtrlScope though, see <b>{{obj.prop}}</b></h1> how can I access the <b>SOME_CONST</b> value in my parent\'s link function?  is this even a good idea? {{SOME_CONST}}.  I really don\'t want to put everything inside the MyCtrl',
