Stitch image tiles together in canvas to loop through sets of stitched tiles
stitchTiles() stitches together the passed array of image URLs into a single images using an HTML5 canvas, then pushes that to the stitchedImages array of images when the last tile is added. The Start/Stop button loops through the sets of stitched images.
