These are the stats including the latest sales posted today.<br>
Some sales might be posted tomorrow as well, TREB waits two days after the end of the month to count all the late reported sales,<p>
While this might influence the total numbers of units sold BUT it will not 
affect the average prices listed below!</p>
<p><font color="#FF0000"><b>The condo market in To seems to be in trouble. I am 
quite sure they will paint it rosier by fudging the numbers.</b></font></p>
<p><font color="#FF0000"><b>My stats have been criticized but they are purely 
based on data reported by Tosolds.ca. This is raw data and no fudging no 
duplicate listings either (these have been automatically eliminated).</b></font></p>

2012 numbers!! The situation is actually worse. Usually there is 2% correction 
due transactions which did not finalized after reported</b></font></p>
