<p>I canno emulate the issue on JSFIDDLE because it involves an iframe and jquery.</p>

<p>Basically, you need a page in the iframe below that's on the same domain. The page in the iframe has some ajax request that fires. But, the ajaxComplete function defined in this page will never fire.</p>

<p>I was creating an automation tool so that I could watch the UI as jquery clicks on elements. The page loads in an iframe and the parent page tells the iframe what to do using jquery. The automation tool is useless without ajaxComplete.</p>
