Bootstrap Skeleton
This is a simple Bootstrap skeleton. You can fork it to get a ready to use Bootstrap fiddle.
HTML
<script src="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/twitter-bootstrap/2.1.0/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
<div class="container">
<div class="span12">
There is 2 simple ways to center stuff in html. Either your element is inline and you center it like a block of text. Or it has a defined width (important) and you defines it's margin style rules as "auto". Bootstrap defines a class names "container" which is as follow:
<b>.container { margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; *zoom: 1;}</b> you therefore simply need to add this class to the element you would like to center. Here as the span12 has a defined width, it will inherit from the margin rule and be centered. in summary, using bootstrap, <b>USE THE "CONTAINER" CLASS STYLE</b>
</div>
