The scenario is:
<br />1. Navigate to a webpage that immediatly starts an ajaxRequest that will take 6 seconds to complete
<br />2. Before completion, user clicks a link to download a file
<br />3. After 6 seconds, the request completed with http status 200 but no javascript event is raised
<br />
<br />If the user does not download a file, the ajax request completes as expected. There is a complete repro in file <a href="https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=8DCE4B0DA74046FC!653&authkey=!AOoPQze7o_V-D4w">ajaxSend.zip</a>
